Adrak ki Lassi

Cooking time : 15 Minutes

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:
Yogurt 2 cups
Chilled water 2cups
Sugar1/2 cup
Ginger 1tspn chopped or we can use ginger powder
/var/www/hin powder 1/2 tspn chopped or we can use ginger powder

Method:
1.Grind the ginger to a very fine paste. If using ginger powder add to the yogurt in the blender.
2.Mix the water, yogurt, sugar and the grounded ginger in a blender until thoroughly combined.
3. Serve in tall glasses sprinkled with the /var/www/hin powder.
4.Serve chilled.
