Aloo Tikki

4 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
3 tablespoons Cornflour
1 teaspoon browned and crushed zeera
browned (bhoni hoi) lal mirch
Salt to taste
Method:
Aloo Tikkis are great at iftar snack. This simple yet tasty potato item can be made in just a few minutes and is worth the effort. Serve with your favorite chutney, kids love it with ketchup. Make the tikkis ahead of time and heat them in the microwave to serve.
1-Add the corn flour and salt to the grated potatoes and mix well. Add zeera and lal mirch.
2-Take 2 table spoons of the potato mixture and roll into a ball, flatten on the palm of your hand.
3-Shallow fry the patties/"tikkis" over medium heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
4-Serve hot with Chole and podinay ki chutney or imli ki chutney at iftar.
