Apple Shake

Ingredients:
Apple 3 nos
Milk 3 cups
sugar 1cup
Chilled water 1 cup
Cardamoms 1tbspn crushed

Method:
1.Peel the skin of the apples and cut the apples in half and remove the seeds. 2.Cut the apples in small pieces. 3.In a blender grind the apples with the water. 4. Add the milk and the cardamoms and whip the mixture for around 20 seconds. 5. Add the sugar and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled in tall glasses.
