Besan Ke Laddo

- 1/4 Cup Oil
- besan Mota 1/2 Kg
- sugar 1/2 Kg
- ghee 1 Pao
- yellow Colourpista Thinly Sliced
- choti Ilachi 1 Tsp
- kewra 1 Tbsp

Instructions
In 1/2 kg sugar put 1 cup water and make syrup. Remove from fire and keep on stirring. When it gets cold it will become like sugar. Grind it or seive it. In a pan put besan and ghee and cook on slow fire. Cook for atleast 1/2 hour, when it is bhuno well and a scent comes out put yellow colour, choti ilachi and pista. When it gets cold, mix besan and sugar well and make balls.
