Ingredients

- Lady Finger 1/2 Kg
- white Zeera 1 Tsp
- salt 1 Tsp
- oil 1/2 Cup
- onion 1
- garlic Paste 1 Tsp
- khatai Powder 2 Tsp
- haldi 1/2 Tsp
roast And Grind
- rai 1 Tsp
- saunf 1 Tsp
- red Chilli 10 Whole
- kalonji 1 Tsp

Instructions

Heat oil fry onion and zeera than add garlic, haldi and fry. Add pounded masala, add lady finger, Khatai powder and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
