Bhori Egg Pudding

Ingredients

- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 Litre Milk
- 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Saffron 4 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Tsbp Rose Water
- 1 Cup Cake Or Fresh Breadcrumbs
- almonds And Pistas Slivered

Instructions

Boil the milk with the sugar for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add in the eggs, cake or breadcrumbs, cardamom powder, saffron and rose water. Pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Steam or bake for 30 minutes.
