Bisciut with Jam
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup maida
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup walnut crumbs
1/4 cup jam
Method:
1-Mix maida and butter 2-Then mix sugar, essence and egg to form a dough 3-Keep the dough for 15 mins. 4-Make small balls of the dough 5-Roll the balls in walnut crumbs 6-Put the ball in the greased baking dish 7-Press the ball by thumb 8-Put jam in the hole of ball 9-Bake at 180 o C for 12 mins Serve it.
