Ingredients :

chicken boneless i cup
yogurt 2 cup
red chillies and salt to taste
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
black pepper 1tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
tomato 1 cut into small pieces
onion cut into ring pieces
maida 1 kilo

Method:

1-Maiday main salt to taste oil 2 tbsp daal kar thore se pani main gondh kar rakh dain.
2-Ab ek alag pain main chicken salt oil black pepper, yogurt , red chilli , ginger garlic paste daal kar pakain us waqat tak jab tak pani sukh jaye aur thick paste sa ban jaye.
3-Ab gundhay hoye maiday ki roti bana lain (jis tarahan roti pakatay hain )thora sa oil daal kar taway per roti ban jaye tu utaar lain.
4-Ab us main chicken paste 1tbsp daalin(rooti kay beech main) us main thorey se katay hoye pyaaz, tomato (thore se) daalian chutni bhi daalain 1tbsp ab es rooti ko gol kar kay (jaise ki roll ki shape hoti hai karain . now its read to serve.
