Brain Masala

Ingredients
- Brain 2 Remove Veins
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp Heaped
- oil 1/2 Cup
- 2 Green Chilly Chopped
- onion 1 Medium Chopped
- dhania 1 Tspginger / Garlic 2 Tsp
- curd Beaten 2 Tbsp
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- tomatoes 3 Finely Pureed Or Chopped
- coriander / Mint Leaves Finely Chopped

Instructions

Heat the oil and fry the onions slightly. Add ginger / garlic and fry till slightly brown. Now add in chopped tomatoes with chilly powder, dhania and salt. Fry for a while. Then add in curd, brain, green chilly and cook covered for 10 minutes. Lastly add in all spices, methi, coriander and mint leaves and remove.
