Bun Kabab

- Potatoes Boiled & Mashed 2
- chana Dal 1/2 Cups Boiled With
- salt L/2 Tsp
- chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
- white Zeera 1/2 Tsp
- black Zeera 1/2 Tsp
- salt 1 Tsp Leveled
- tomatoes 1
- 1-2 Egg Whites Stiffly Beaten
- chutney
- buns

Instructions
Boil & mash the potatoes. Mash & mix the boiled dal with potatoes. Make kababs. Then dip them in beaten egg.Now shallow fry. Cut the buns in half and heat in a little oil. Put chutney, salad leaves, kabab, cucumber and tomato slice. Top with bun and serve hot.
