Butterscotch
Cooking time : 20Minutes
Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
125 g Butter
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Cold water
1 tsp Tartaric Acid
Method:
1-Put butter, sugar and water into a saucepan. 2-Heat slowly and when the butter is melted add the tartaric acid and boil until a little tried in cold water, snaps. 3-Pour into buttered plates. 4-Once set cut into small pieces.
