Caramel Custard

Ingredients :
3eggs
2 cups of milk
6tbsp of sugar
Food color a pinch
Vanilla essence few drops
1/8 cup water
Fresh cream as required

Method :

1-Dissolve 2tbsp of sugar in water an cook in a round casserole dish(6inch) until sugar 2-Caramelize too golden brown color , keep it a side and let it cool. now mix remaining sugar in milk, add beaten eggs one by one ,add essence and color , and mix well.3-Pour the mixture into casserole dish and cover it , cook it over double boiler for half n hour.After cooking let it too cool and remove it in a dish by keeping dish in up right position decorate it with fresh cream using aa icing gun.
