Chapati Chips
Cooking Time : 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 leftover chapatti,
coriander and /var/www/hin powder,
chat masala powder,
salt and red chili powder
oil for deep frying,
Method:
1. Use leftover chapati for this recipe since leftover chapati turns a little hard. Make 1x1 inch square pieces of chapati.
2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Slide the pieces one by one into the hot oil. Fry them from both the sides till golden brown and crisp.
3. Sprinkle all the masala powders listed above over the chips. Serve as a teatime 'chatpata' snack.
