Cheese n Potato Rolls
Cooking time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients :
4 boiled potatoes grated finely,
1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper,
50 gms processed cheese grated,
2tbsp milk
Batter
1/4 cup maida n 1/2 tsp salt, dissolved in 1/4 cup milk.
Method :
1-Add milk ,salt n pepper to the boiled n grated potatoes. Mix well till smooth.
2-Add cheese. Mix . Make 1" long thick rolls. Flatten the sides.
3-Dip in a batter of maida n milk. Dip fry 3-4 pieces at a time, on med fire till golden brown. Enjoy piping hot with ketch-up.
