Chicken & Potato Kabab
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
potato 4 medium size
chicken 1/2 kilo
red kuti hoi mirch 2/4 tea spoon
zeera 1 t/spoon
onion 1 medium size
(chopped in small piece)
hari mirch 3 or 4( as yr taste)
garlic paste 1 spoon
fresh hara dhaniya (3 /4 spoon with chop)
lime juice 4 spoon
salt as u like
oil depend your choice deep fry or light fry with oven
Method:
1-Chicken may salt aur lal mirch dal ker boil karee (pani kam dalee chicken may hi jazab ho jaye aur chicken ko small small pieces may divide karee)
2- potato boil ker k mash ker lee phir chicken aur tam masala mila lee aur mix karee aur goal tikya kabab ki banyee.
3-egg laga ker deep fry karee ya phir oven may 375 degree F . per 15/20 minute tak golden kerein
4-Amilee ki chaatni say nosh farmyee
