Chicken Samosa
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
Minced chicken keema,
green peas,
onions,
green chilly,
mint leaves (dried),
haldi,
spices,
salt as required
Method
1-Wash keema with water and then place it in a pan on medium flame. Stir the keema till the water is dry.
2-Place another pan and put some oil into it now put the keema in it and add haldi, salt and spices to it.
3-Now put the peas and stir it well. Let it cool and then put the onions and the mint dried leaves stir well.
4-Now u can put the keema in each shell of samosa and deep fry.U can freeze it as well and fry whenever u want.
