Chocolate Ice Cream

Serves : 4-6

Ingredients :
15 tbs caster sugar ( sugar powder )
2 pack creams each 200 ml
4 eggs
3 teaspoon coco powder
chocolate chips as u like

Method :
1-Separate eggs yolk and beat white (safidi) till hard.2-Put add yolk one by one and beat now add sugar and beat well.3-Beat cream separately and add this mixture and beat again4-Add coco powder and beat now put mixture in a ice cream bowl and add chocolate chips.Note :Freezing time 8 to 9 hour but best result whole night.
