Chocolate Slice

Cooking time : 35 Minutes

Serves 2-4

Ingredients:
115 g Butter
1 tbsp Honey
1 cup Grated coconut
1½ tbsp Cocoa powder
½ cup Chopped walnuts, almonds or any other nuts
115 g Sugar
115 g Flour
½ tsp Vanilla essence
1 tsp Baking powder

Method:
1-Cream butter, sugar and honey. 2-Add vanilla essence and coconut. 3-Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to the mixture. 4-Stir in the chopped nuts. 5-Press into a greased tin and bake in an oven at 160°C for 30 minutes. Cut while warm. 6-You may ice with chocolate icing.
