Chole ke Samose
Cooking time: As Required
Ingredients :
maida 2 cup
zeera 12 tea sp
ajwaine a pinch
cooking oil 3 tea sp
salt to taste
FILLING
chana (CHOLE) 1 cup
onion 1
tomato 1
coriander (choped)2 tbsp
chilli powder 1 tea sp
chat masala 1tea sp
oil for frying
Method
1-Take maida ,zeera, ajwaine, salt n cooking oil in bowl and mix well with hand , then add water to make dough .
2-In boiled chana add all the ingredients and mix well.
3-Now make the samosa of dough and filling. fry in hot oil . Serve with chatney
