Crispy Fried Bhindi And Aloo In Masala

Ingredients

- Bhindi 1 Pao Cut In 4 Strips and Deep Fry Till Slightly Crisp
- potatoes 2-3 Cut In Fingers And Fry In Oil Till Tender And Golden
- oil 1/4 Cups
- lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
- chilly Powder 1 Tspsalt 1 Tsp Levelled
- dhania 1 Tsp
- garlic 1 Tsp
- tomato Paste 3 Tbsp

Instructions

Fry Bhindi and potato fingers till tender and slightly crispy. Heat oil fry all Masala. Add in tomato paste, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water and fry masala well and pour on top of fried vegetables. Sprinkle hara masala on top. Serve both in one dish kept side by side.
