Dahi Ki Karhi
Ingredients
- Curd 1/2 Kg Beaten
- beisan 3 Tbsp Heaped
- coriander Leaves 1/4 Bunch
- green Chillies 6 Grinded
- haldi 1/2 Tsp
- garlic 1 Tsp Grinded
- coconut Powder 2 Tbsp
- salt 1 Tsp
- for Baghar
- zeera Whole 1 Tsp
- whole Red Chillies 6
- garlic 4 Cloves Chopped
- onion 1 Sliced
- curry Patha
- oil 1/4 Cup
Instructions
Grind coriander, green chillies to a fine paste. Beat curd and add in it 3 cups water, beisan salt and the rest. Mix well and cook stiring continuously till boil comes. Let it cook on slow fire till thick.
BAGHARHeat oli and fry onion till brown then add in all the rest and fry till golden. Then put in curry and cover with lid immediately.
