Fried Fish English Style
Ingredients
- 500 Gms. Sole Fillets
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- oil For Deep Frying
Instructions
Clean the fish and pat dry. Mix all the ingredients, except the bread crumbs and oil. Cover the fish fillets with the marinade and leave them for 30 minutes. Coat the fish fillets with the bread crumbs. Heat the oil and deep fry the fish. Garnish with lemon juice.
