Green Masala Ghosht

Ingredients
- 500 Gms Mutton Pieces
- 6 Green Chillies, Sliced
- 4 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Stick Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Green Cardamoms
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 - 3 Cups Water
- no. 2
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 2 - 3 Onions Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Green Chillies Ground
- 1 Tsp Coriander Leaves Ground
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger / Garlic
- 1 Tsp Cummin Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Cup Yoghurt Whipped

Instructions

Boil the mutton with all the ingredients listed in no. 1. Cook till the meat is tender and the water dries off. In another pan heat the oil and fry the onions until they are a light golden colour. Remove the onions with a slotted spooon and crush them. Return them to the same oil alongwith all the ingredients listed in no 2. Stir and cook for 2 - 3 minutes till the oil seperates. Add the meat and mix it well with the ingredients in the 2nd pan. Add 1 cup of water to make a gravy. Simmer over a low heat for 5 - 10 minutes till the oil floats on top.
