Hajari Kababs

Cooking Time : 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
½ lb. Chicken (boneless)
½ cup Raw Cream
½ cup Yogurt
½ tsp. Curry Powder
10 nos. Cashews
¼ tsp. Cardamom (powder)
¼ tsp. Black Pepper (powder)
1 pinch Black Salt
½ tsp chaat masala salt to taste

Method:
1.Mix all the above ingredients together and marinate for 2-3 hours.
2.Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and grill in hot oven (450 °F) for about 10 minutes.
3.Baste with melted butter if the chicken is too dry and grill again for couple of minutes.
4.Serve two skewers on a plate with diced onions and a piece of lemon.
