Hot Crisps

Cooking time : 25 Minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients:
2 Sweet potatoes
2 Brinjal (egg plant)
½ to 1 tsp Chilli powder (according to taste)
½ tsp Coriander powder
Salt - to taste
Cooking oil - for deep frying

Method:
1-Peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes and Brinjals into long thin strips similar in size and keep aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
2-Fry the vegetables over medium heat until golden and crisp turning in-between.
3-Remove from oil and drain.
4-Mix chilli powder, coriander powder and salt in a bowl.
5-Sprinkle this mixture over the hot crisps. Toss until well coated.
