Ingredients:
Tomato: 1
Red onion: 1
Hot chilly: 1
Ginger: 1
Fresh lemon juice: 1 each
Salt: To taste
The Steps:
Pre - Preparation:
Cube the tomato and slice the onion thin.
Slice the chilly and ginger.
Preparation :
1) In a bowl add the veggies, some salt and squeeze lemon juice into the bowl.
2) Cover.
3) Let stand in fridge for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
