Instant Gulab Jamuns
Ingredients
- Milk Powder 4 Oz
- egg L
- maida L Tbsp
- ghee Melted 2 Tbsp
- baking Powder L Tsp
- ilachi Powder L Tsp
- sugar L Cup
- water 2 Cups
- zafran
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients lightly till crumbly. Rub lightly to form into a dough. Keep aside for 1/2 hour. Make tiny balls and deep fry in ghee. Keep pouring in the boiling syrup and let them cook for 5-7 minutes.
