Jack Fruit Cutlets
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 kg jack fruit
250 gm gram dahl
2-3 onions, chopped
2-3 small pieces of ginger
3-4 garlic cloves
5 small cardamoms
5 cloves
5-6 black pepper corns
2 tsp /var/www/hin seeds
3 tsp khus khus seeds
3-4 tbsp gram flour
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method:
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Pour water, oil, vinegar and mix in a blender.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat the eggs with sugar and then stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop chocolate batter evenly into muffin pans with paper baking cups.
- Spoon a heaping tbsp of cream cheese mixture onto center of batter in each pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until pick inserted in dark part comes out clean.
