Karai Kheema

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Oil
- 2 Tsp Cummin Powder
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 2 Tsp Red Chillly Powder
- 1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic Paste
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 500 Gms Meat Coarsely Chopped
- 1 Tsp All Spice1 Tsp Salt
- 6 Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Sliced
- 4 - 6 Tomatoes Chopped
- fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped

Instructions

Heat the oil and fry the onions till they are light golden. Now add the ginger / garlic and toss. Add the minced meat and salt and stir till the meat gets brown. Add the water and cover the pan, and let it cook till the meat is half- cooked. Remove the lid, put in the tomatoes, cummin powder, red chilly powder and coriander powder. Cook till the meat is ready. Then add the all spices, green chillies, ginger and coriander. Simmer over a low heat for 5 - 10 minutes till the oil floats on top.
