Ingredients
- Brain 2
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- onion 1 Light Brown
- dhania Powder 1 Tsp
- tomato 2 Small
- green Chillies 3 Chopped
- curd 2 Tbspcoriander Leaves Chopped
- salt 1 Tsp Levelled
- haldi 1/4 Tsp
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp
- oil 1/2cup
- all Spice 1 Tsp
Instructions
Boil the Brain and remove veins. Fry onions light golden add ginger / garlic, chilly powder, haldi, salt, all spice powder. Fry the masala and add the well beaten curd with chopped tomatoes and then bhuno well. Now add in coriander and green chillies. Then add in Brain. Cook for a while and remove from fire.
