Ingredients

- Mutton 1 Kg
- dal Masoor 1/4 Cup
- husked Wheat 1/2 Kg Soak Overnight
- dal Tuvar 1/4 Cup
- dal Chana 1/4 Cup
- dal Moong 1/4 Cup
- rice 1/4 Cup
- oil 1 Cup Full
- no. 2
- ginger / Garlic 3 Tspchilly Powder 2 Tbsp
- haldi 1 Tsp
- dhania Powder 2 Tbsp
- zeera Powder 1 Tbsp
- all Spice 1 Tbsp
- onion Brown 1 Cup
- curd 1 Cup
- tomatoes Paste 1/2 Cup
- green Chillies Paste 1 Tsp
- dhania Paste 1 Tsp

Instructions

Heat oil and add brown onions, ginger / garlic and all the masala in no. 2 and bhuno well. Then add curd, tomatoes paste and mutton with 3-4 cups water and let it cook till tender. In another pan cook wheat with enough water to tenderize and in the same way cook the dals and rice. Then grind all these in the grinder and mix well and add to the prepared mutton curry and cook till all well mixed. Serve garnished with well heated ghee, all spice, fried onion, chopped coriander, mint, green chillies and lime.
