Khoya Squares
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1 Cup Oil Or Ghee
- 250 Gms Khoya
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Sugar
- pinch Of Saffron
- 1/2 Cup Almonds Finely Ground
- 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
Instructions
Beat the eggs and mix in the khoya, sugar, almonds, oil, milk, saffron and cardamom powder in a blender or by hand. Pour into a baking tray and bake on mark no. 4/350 degrees F/180 degrees C. till it is golden in colour. Cut into small squares and serve either hot or warm.
