Ingredients

- Flour 225 Gms
- soda 1/2 Tsp
- salt 1/2 Tsp
- yeast 1/2 Tsp
- sugar 1 Tsp
- ghee 1 Tbsp
- egg 1
- curd 1/4 Cup
- milk For Kneading

Instructions

Mix the yeast with sugar and warm water and leave to rise. Sieve flour, salt and soda. Add ghee and yeast mixture and mix all well and knead. Keep to rise. Make into small puri and deep fry.
