Mango Chutney

Ingredients : 2 medium raw mangoes , 1\2 bunch mint leaves , 4 green chilies, sliced , 2 whole red chilies , 2 garlic cloves , 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, zeera , 3\4 teaspoon salt.

Instructions : Blend all the ingredients and 2 tablespoons water in blender or processor. Blend in more water if necessary to make smooth paste. (Chutney can be made 2-3 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.) • Serves 6 people. • Preparation Time: 10 minutes. • Serve Cold.
