Maseledar Biryani
Ingredients
- Mutton 1/2 Kg
- chilly Powder 2 Tsp Heaped
- onion 2 Sliced Or Chopped
- oil 1 Cup
- curd 1 Cup
- black Zeera 1/2 Tsp
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp Heaped
- chopped Coriander Leaves 3 Tbsp
- all Spices 1 Tsp
- green Chillies Small Ones 6 - 8
- salt 1 Tsp Heaped
- potatoes 2 Cut In Pieces And Deep Fried
- rice 1/2 Kg Boiled With Salt 2 Tbsp Heaped
- yellow Colour Mixed With 1 Tsp Kewra
Instructions
Marinate mutton with curd and all above masala and Aloo bukhara for 2 hours. Heat oil fry onion golden and remove in the same oil fry potatoes and remove, add meat mixture and cook till nearly done, bhuno add fried potatoes, whole green chillies and coriander leaves. Spread the bolied rice on top of the mutton mixture. Top with kewra mixture and leave on dam for 15 minutes.
