Ingredients :
gandum (wheat) ki sookhi roti 2 piece
Milk 1 liter
Ghee 4 table spoon
sugar 1 cup
Almonds 8 pieces
pistachios 8 pieces
chandi k warq 2 pieces
illaichi 4 pieces

Method:
1-Ssookhay tukron ko koot lain , ghee karkra lain aur is main sabz illaichi daal dain, ab is main roti k tukray daal ker bhoon lain,jab surkhi mail ho jaye to utaar lain.
2-Aik pateeli main milk halki aanch per ubaal lain aur phir anch dheemi ker lain aur adhay ghantay tak pakain .
3-Phir is doodh main cheeni daal dain aur thori dair pakain.
4-Ab is main roti ka bhuna hua choora daal dain.
5-Ab is ko 15 say 20 min tak pakain, phir is ko aik bowl main daal lain aur oper say pista aur badam ki garnishing ker lain aur chandi ka warq saja ker thanda ker lain , mazaidar sweet dish tyaar hai.
