Meethi Puri

Ingredients

- Wheat Flour 1 Cup
- flour 1 Cup
- methi Leaves 1 Cup
- coriander Leaves 3 Tbsp
- pinch Of Tumeric
- salt 1/2 Tsp
- cummin Seeds 1 Tsp
- ghee 1 Tbsp
- red Chilly 1/2 Tsp

Instructions

Seive the flour and atta and add the ingredients. Mix to a stiff dough and leave for 1 hour. Make small balls, roll and deep fry.
