Paratha
Ingredients
- Maida 1 Kg
- salt 1 Tsp
- oil 2 Tbsp
- water 1 Cup Or Use As Needed paste To Apply Inside
- ghee 1/2 Cup Melted
- egg White L
- maida 2-3 Tbsp
Instructions
Sift flour and make hollow in centre add salt and water and knead to a smooth dough. Then apply oil on it and knead well. Cover it with a wet napkin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then make 12 balls, take 1 ball spread a bit, apply the prepared paste and re-roll and form it into a square first and then again into a ball, apply little oil on each ball, cover and leave it for 1/2 an hour. Heat ghee in a karai, make thin parathas with your hands or rolling pin, make a hole in centre and deep fry in hot ghee till light golden.
