Ingredients

- Fish Fillets 1/2 Kg Cut Into Square Pieces
- coconut 1 Cup
- coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
- podina 1/4 Bunch
- green Chillies 8
- garlic 6-8 Cloves
- salt 1 Tsp
- juice Of 1 Lemon
- banana Leaves

Instructions

Grease the banana leaves with oil or butter. Marinate fish with the chutney. Wrap one piece each separately in banana leaves and tie with thread and steam in a strainer kept over a pan of boiling water covered for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
