Peanut Raita
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
Serves 4-5
Ingredients:
2 cups tied curds
2 cu/var/www/hbers grated
2 green chillies slit
2 tbsp. peanut crush
2 tsp. ground sugar
1/2 tsp. /var/www/hin powder
1/2 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1/2 tsp. mint leaves finely chopped
1 tbsp. fresh beaten cream
1 tsp. oil
Method:
1-Beat curds till smooth and thick.
2-Squeeze out water from cu/var/www/hber.
3-Heat oil , add chilli, pressed down with a spoon.
4-Add to curds.
5-Add all other ingredients, mix well.
6-Chill for an hour before serving.
Serve chilled with biryanis, parathas, etc.
