Pickle Fish

Ingredients

- Fish Fillets 1/2 Kg Marinate With Salt, White Pepper, Mustard, Garlic All 1/2 Tsp Each And Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
- mango Pickle 1 Tbsp Heaped
- cabbage 1/2 Cup Thinly Sliced
- sweet Mango Chutney 1 Tbsp Heaped
- carrot 1 Thinly Sliced
- butter 2 Tbsp To Pan Fry Fish

Instructions

Boil cabbage and carrot in 1 cup water and whole spices for just 5 minutes. Drain. Remove the whole spice and keep aside. Pan fry the marinated fish for just 5-7 minutes till slightly brown on both sides. Heat butter 1 tbsp.Add in it garlic paste l tsp. Add in it the parboiled vegetabie chutney and pickle also add 1 tsp.Lemon juice with 1 tsp salt then stir fry and add 1 tbsp masala stir well. To Serve: In a serving plate put salad leaves on one corner and put fish pieces in the centre then pour the vegetable prepared mixture on top of fish and spread well. Put a spring of Parsley in centre with a twisted slice of lemon.
