Pomfret Green Masala
Ingredients
- 2 Pomfret Fish 250 Gms Each (whole)
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1/2 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
- 2-3 Large Green Chillies
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions
Clean the fish and make slits all over but not at the edges. Blend the mint, coriander, onion, ginger / garlic and green chillies with a little water in a blender. Rub this mixture alongwith the salt into the slits and all over the fish. Place the fish on a greased baking tray and bake on mark no. 4 / 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 35-40 minutes.
