Prawn Masala
Ingredients
- Prawn 8 Oz Cleaned
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp Levelled
- oil 1/4 Cup
- green Chillier Chopped 2
- salt 1 Tsp
- tomatoes 2-3 Finely Chopped
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp Heaped
- all Spice 1/2 Tsp
- onion 1 Medium Finely Chopped
- methi Leaves 1 Tsp
- coriander And Mint Leaves Chopped
Instructions
Heat oil add onion and fry till slightly golden then add ginger / garlic, chilly powder, salt and chopped tomatoes then bhuno well till tomatoes tender then add in prawn with 1/2 cup water cover and cook till prawn tender. Lastly add in green chillies and the remaining ingredients, stir well and remove.
