- Prawns 1 Lb
- salt 1 Tsp
- oil L/4 Cup
- curry Patta 1 Spring
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp
- dried Red Chillies 4
- chilly Powder L & L/2 Tsp
- white Zeera L Tsp
- haldi L/2 Tsp
- lemon Juice L Tsp
- onion Finely Chopped 2 Tbsp
- coriander Leaves Chopped
- green Chillies Chopped

Instructions

Wash prawns and rub salt & haldi. Heat oil and add cummin seeds, whole red chillies & curry leaves. Fry till light brown. Add all the spices and fry until light brown and add prawns and bhuno well. After add 1 cup hot water and cook till prawns tender & mixture dry. Add chopped green chillies and sprinkle all spice and coriander leaves and lemon juice.
