Quick chicken salad
Cooking Time: 1 hour

Serves 3-4

Ingredients:
Chicken 1 breast
Chicken flavoured Ramen noodle 1 packet
Rice wine vinegar 3 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil 1/2 cup
Broccoli slaw (if available) 1 bag

Method:
1-Bake and shred the chicken.
2-Take 1/2 the Ramen noodle seasoning packet, oil, vinegar and sugar, and mix well.
3-Break the still uncooked Ramen noodles and mix them in this mixture.
4-Mix it all well and serve immediately.
