Raw Mango Salad 2
Cooking time: 25 Minutes
Serves : 4
Ingredients :
1 Raw Mango
1/2 Onion chopped finely
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
pinch of Turmeric
salt to taste
few Coriander leaves
1 Green Chilli chopped (optional)
Method :
1-Cut the raw mango into very small cubes (do not peel off the skin).
2-Add to it the chopped onions. Put red chilli powder and turmeric and mix well.
3-Then garnish it with few coriander leaves. Add salt just before serving to avoid oozing of water.
4-Thus a quick, simple, delicious salad is ready.
5-(Can add little sugar if the mango is too sour)
