Roghni Nan
Ingredients
- Flour 225 Gms
- ghee 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Or Oil 3 Tbsp
- salt 1 Tsp
- milk For Kneading
- soda 1/2 Tsp
- sesame Seeds
Instructions
Sift flour and add soda, rub ghee and knead with luke warm milk. Leave for 2 hours. Make in the shape of Nan. Prick it and brush with milk. Sprinkle sesame seed and bake at mark 6 or 200°C till done.
