Saag Aloo
Ingredients
- Spinach 1/2 Kg Chopped
- green Chilly Chopped 4
- onion 1 Sliced
- rai 1tsp- oil 1/4 Cup
- garlic 1 Tsp Crushedchilly Powder 1 Tsp
- potato 2 Cut Into 1" Cubes
- zeera 1 Tsp
- haldi 1/2 Tsp
- methi 4 Bunches Chopped
- salt 1 Tsp
Instructions
Heat oil.Add Rai and Zeera than add in onion and garlic fry for a few minutes than put in the remaining seasonings, potato, spinach, methi, salt cover and cook till potatoes tender.
