Serves many

Ingredients:
Barley 5 tbspns roasted and powdered
Water 4 cups
Cardamoms 3 nos crushed
Rose essence 2 drops
Jaggery 5 tbspns

Method:

1. In a pan boil the jaggery and the water.
2. Remove the mixture from the flame and mix the barley, rose essence and the cardamoms.
3. Return the mixture to the flame and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Remove from the flame and serve warm.
