Shahi Mutton Pullao
Ingredients
- Mutton 1/2 Kg
- salt 1 Tsp
- rice 1/2 Kg
- cinnamon 1 To 2 Sticks
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp
- heaped Cloves 4 - 6
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- black Pepper 8 -10
- onion 1 Chopped
- cashew Nuts Fried Few
- curd 1 Cup Beaten
- 0il 1/2 Cup
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- boiled Egg 1-2
Instructions
Wash and soak rice for 1/2 hour. Boil mutton with salt ginger / garlic whole spice till tender. Heat oil fry Onion light golden and add in boiled mutton, chilly powder, all spice and, curd fry well than add in the left over stock with rice - cook till all mixture is evaporated. Serve hot sprinkled with boiled eggs and fried cashew nuts and fried onions on top.
